I hate myself

y am i so stupid?
y am i so irritating?
i dunno
i know..
i always do sth that make the people surrounding me feel not comfortable with
but
i cant control myself sumtimes..

hate myself..
for being so weak
in all the aspects..
especially physically n mentally
i look like a fool in front of ppl..

i actually clearly know that
not every1 can accept my behaviour
i try to change
but still will remain some
how
what should i do
