Help Me (part 2)

i wish i can have many many interesting and innovative ideas as possible... but too bad.. i am not able to think.. i am not thinker

now our group member for Project Work are working on a topic called "Conservation of Safe food"..does it sounds interesting? i don't know but the main purpose of this topic are targeting on the rising case of food poisoning..

now, we are stuck.. at a point that we cannot come up with strategies..

Our questions:
1. How can we prevent unscrupulous people misuse their knowledge to use chemicals for making the food?
For an example, Milk Scandal case. or the use of chemicals in growing plants.. injecting chicken with chemicals that cause the chicken become bigger so they can sell it with higher price although it may harm our human's health?

2. How can we encourage people eating less can food or process food?

God, i need brain..
